Enjoy a fun-filled afternoon at Curtis Apple Orchard in the Champaign countryside! You will discover it to be a very festive and interactive adventure! Get to know new friends as we enjoy some free fresh apple cider and homemade apple donuts! There are many unique outdoor games to play and adventures to be had along their orchard paths! Admission to Curtis Orchard is free, but bring some money for additional attractions, to pick apples, or to shop in the gift shop. Tokens to enjoy games and rides are purchased at the token booth near the pony rides.
IFI will provide transportation for those without cars. You will need to sign up for this event, even if you are getting there yourself. We will likely have to limit the size of the group that we can transport, so sign up soon!
There are plenty of fun things to do! Find your way through the rope maze or the live corn maze! Shoot at targets with tennis balls using pneumatic cannons! Ride the tractor-pulled wagon to tour the farm! Pick your own apples or buy them already picked! Check out the pumpkin patch! There are lots of opportunities for taking pictures too – including some photos with very cute farm animals! If your family is here, you will find a lot of fun activities for children as well! They will surely love a ride on the Orchard’s ponies! Shop in their very unique country-style gift shop. Take home apples and other special treats! Enjoy the fresh air and wide open spaces of Central Illinois!
